When it comes to lenders, they are a dime a dozen, (Just like Realtors) You need to pick one that you can feel at ease with and know they have your best interest in mind. Most people don't have a clue where to start their search for lenders so they ask their Realtor for recommendations. This can be tricky. If I was to give you a poor recommendation it would reflect directly on me. Since I have been in business, I have had several lenders that I use to work with and no longer do because they didn't treat my clients right. Well, I DO have one now that I am extremely happy to recommend.
